Randolph Street Market

It's FINALLY here! THE event Chicagoans have been waiting for all year! Ok, maybe that's a slight exaggeration. But it's at least the event I have been looking forward to all year... Randolph Street Market! Let me take a minute to get everyone up to speed here. Randolph Street Market is a monthly fair with over 250 vendors including everything from vintage goods, antiques, home decor, apparel, furniture, and much more. I have actually been going to this fair for years and have never left empty handed. You just never know what you're going to find, but you know it's going to be good! It's always exciting to check out the new vendors and see their new collections. Well, this year I'm coming back, but this time on the other side. That's right, this year I will be attending as a vendor! I'm not sure exactly what to expect, but am super excited about the opportunity (and looking forward to sneaking a bit of personal shopping in as well). You can get all the details here.

In preparation for the event, I have been working my tail off. I have spent this past week trying to squeeze in some last minute projects, and finally decided to dust off some of those items I kept putting aside. Here's a sneak peak at a couple items I'll be bringing.

This is one of my favorite styles when it comes to dressers, however I never see them as often as I'd like. I was really excited about this find and am really happy with the way it turned out. Classic, simple and timeless. I'll have a couple other dressers there as well.

I'll also be bringing a couple factory cart coffee tables. These carts are such hot items right now, as it seems everywhere you look, people are incorporating the industrial vibe into their decor.

In addition to furniture, I'll also have some home accessories like paddles, mirrors, and other wall decor.

I will actually be partnering with a friend who focuses more on repurposed furniture. Check out this table he made! The base is from an old Singer sewing machine from the 1880's. How unique is that?! No promises though that the table will actually be there...I already have my eyes on it and may have to snatch it up while I still can!

Overall, I will have a wide variety of furniture covering all styles and colors. As of now, the weather is looking great, and everything is falling into place. I'm anxious for the weekend and excited to be participating in such a great event. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi!
