Custom Made Coffee Table

Custom Made Coffee Table

It's been almost six months since we moved into our new house and I can say it's finally starting to feel like a home. Furniture that had been ordered months ago is slowly starting to trickle in and much to the dogs' disappointment, rooms are beginning to fill up, making their evening wrestling matches a bit more challenging. Why I Will Never Stop Shopping at Thrift Stores

Why I Will Never Stop Shopping at Thrift Stores

My $10 Craigslist Chair

My $10 Craigslist Chair

The benefit of this job is that I see a lot of really cool stuff, often times at dirt cheap prices. The drawback of this job is that I see a lot of really cool stuff, often at dirt cheap prices...and I have a hard time saying no. I'm telling you, when the auctioneer sees me walk into the weekly auction, he knows he's going to have a good night! But it's not all bad. In this process of picking up a lot of random items (some of which I've regretted soon after), I've also scored some really great pieces.
