Lead Time

Lead time for pieces is always changing. While we do our best to finish pieces as quickly as possible, quality always comes first. Lead time is currently 12-16 weeks from point of sale. Feel free to contact me prior to purchase to confirm current lead times.


Shipping and Delivery

Our goal is to make the delivery process as efficient and seamless as possible. We work with various shipping companies who deliver to the Continental U.S. We offer various shipping options in order to give you the lowest rate available. However, keep in mind, we are NOT Amazon Prime. We are a small business. Delivering furniture across the country can be pricey. If you have questions regarding delivery, reach out to me directly prior to purchase to ensure you are receiving an accurate rate and have a full understanding of the delivery policies. Delivery usually takes 2-5 weeks after completion of the piece. Plan on your piece being delivered by one person. If the item needs to be brought up/down stairs, it is your responsibility to provide additional help. Please make note of any special instructions prior to delivery.

LOCAL (Chicagoland): 

  • Pick-up from warehouse: No Charge

  • Door to door delivery: $100 - $125*

NON-LOCAL:

  • Door to door delivery: $300*

*The prices are quotes for one item. There is an additional charge for each additional item purchased. If you are purchasing a smaller item, delivery may be less than the price quoted. Price also may vary based on delivery location. Contact me directly for an accurate quote.

 

Refunds 

  • All sales are final - It is your responsibility to ask as many questions and request as many pictures as you'd like prior to shipping. It is also your responsibility to inspect the piece of furniture upon delivery BEFORE the delivery guy leaves. If an item is substantially damaged, contact us immediately. We do NOT accept returns because you decide you don’t like the item anymore.

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase

  • If items are cancelled after the 24 hour time period, a 15% processing and restocking fee will be assessed

  • Exchanges can be made if the item has not yet shipped. Additional charges may apply.

  • In the event that the item is damaged during shipping, contact me within 24 hours of delivery/pick-up. Please provide pictures of damaged area. Each issue will be assessed on a case by case basis

  • All items are high quality, vintage pieces that are well made and in good condition. Due to the nature of the pieces, they are susceptible to small imperfections. However, each piece goes through a rigorous repair and restoration process to eliminate scratches, dings, etc. and to make the piece function like new
